The fitness portion of THE Challenge will be based on 3 things:
1.Attendance at BlackBox Classes (details on special circumstances to come)
You will be able to earn up to 5 points a week by attending classes at he gym. I do not endorse workout out more than 5 days a week, therefore; i will not reward that. Workouts done outside the gym will be accepted but on the honor system. You know what a good quality workout is and i trust you to count them as such in this challenge.
2.Your performance in the 3 Challenge workouts.
The 3 workouts are as follows:
Max Power Clean (In KG). Your score will be the positive difference in your power clean between the first and last clean.
Max Calories on the Airdyne. You score will be the positive difference in your score at the beginning and at the end of the challenge.
1 round: 25 Burpees/50 Box Jumps/800m run. Again your score will be the positive difference between the two workouts.
If your score for any of the above workouts is worse the second time around then that will result in a score of 0 for that workout. For this reason, it will really benefit you to be consistent in the gym and try to make some serious progress. 30 days is an aggressive time period for a challenge like this and i really want you to put all you have into it.
