You may have noticed that this week has shifted a bit more towards a gymnastics focus. Not to worry, today you are lifting heavy but in the coming weeks we will be putting a little more time into gymnastic movements. There is a huge amount of body control and strength to be gained by these exercises, so much so that we need to focus on them a little. I will do my best to equally distribute gymnastics and weightlifting ( i know how much you love to Snatch) over the next couple weeks and i hope to show you some fun tricks while you develop some body awareness.
