Taking the NEXT Step

All of you know that we work on step program in regards to our nutrition recommendations. Each of you have been put on 1 of 4 steps. Its not time to take the NEXT step. Over the next month or two we are going to have 2 hour nutrition lectures focused on helping you understand what you need to do to get to the next step.

More details on timing for this to come but i wan to hear what works for you. It will be two hours for each step and you are not limited to just the next step (although i would not recommend skipping steps).
So, What days and times work for you?

For those of you out there that are not BlackBox members or want a refresher, we will have a step one lecture as our first event but please shoot me some ideas on timing. This event will be $20 for members and $30 for non-members. Bring your friends!

Workout:
Jerk
Push Press
Followed by:
4-5 rounds
6 step ups
6 dynamic pullups
Rest 90 sec
