Since February is the month of love, we thought we’d share this amazing chart from our lovely Strength & Conditioning client Jessica Wold. This is heart rate information from her Fitbit over the first year that she wore it. Jessica started here at BlackBox doing personal training twice a week last April, near where the heart rate chart peaks. In July she added one day of our Strength & Conditioning classes, and then transitioned to mostly classes with less personal training in August. You can see how much of a difference JUST the first three and a half months made!
You can also really see that downward trend since December inn both charts. This is a huge indication of progress toward lifelong health and well-being. When we asked Jessica how she felt these days, she said, “I definitely do not get winded as much, and my heart doesn’t go as crazy during intense workouts, or while on the rower. It’s great to see a metric showing how my heart has gotten stronger!”
You heart will love you, too, for making small changes (like starting a work out program just a couple times a week) and being consistent over time!
