Health is something that i have struggled to define for a long time. I have been unhappy with any textbook definition for some reason or another and haven’t been able to come up with a good enough definition myself. I have, however; come up with a philosophy on life and fitness which i am proud of.
Fitness is an ongoing journey in which we improve our ability to live life to it’s fullest. Each goal reached is but a step in the right direction on the road of life.
To me this is a more complete definition because it takes into account everyones individualness. Which, long term, is more important than anything else. What is your philosophy?
Understanding what you want to achieve with your own goals, health and fitness is very important in setting up a program to accomplish those goals. If you have specific goals that you want to accomplish, you should come talk to us.
In a long term program, you want something that is sustainable and allows you to make continual progress over a lifetime. Meaning you should be hitting PRs, reaching your personal goals and enjoying your training. If any of these things are not happening on a regular basis, you need to come see us and sort out a program to get this started.
