At Black Box Fort Worth, we like to know you and everything that drives you. Because of this, we want to sit down with each individual and show you what we do and discuss how we can help you accomplish your goals.
To begin your training at Black Box Fort Worth you must do an introductory session with one of our coaches where we will talk about your exercise history, injury and health history, lifestyle factors, nutrition and goals. We will also put you through a short workout and recovery session designed to give you a small taste of our programming. This is meant to be your time to explore the gym and get to know us while we dig deeper into understanding what drives you.
After your intro session we will be able to better understand your goals and make some recommendations on what program is most appropriate for you. It is with great pleasure that we can say that we have something for everyone from Group Fitness classes to a Weightlifting team to recovery classes.
