BlackBox Personal Training is designed around YOU and YOUR goals. This can take place in two ways:
1. BlackBox Fort Worth facility: You will meet with a coach, discuss your goals and determine a path to accomplish those goals. Then, you will meet with your coach at BlackBox for each scheduled session. This is our ideal situation so our coaches can keep a close eye on your training and progress.
2. On your own: This is a program design option where you can do the workouts on your own, outside the gym under the close observation of a well qualified BlackBox Fort Worth Coach. This option is ideal for those of you BlackBox enthusiasts that do not live in or around Fort Worth or are unable to make it in the gym as frequently as you would like during hours of operation.
Small group training is for groups of 4 or less that want personalized coaching in a small group setting. Whether this group is created by you or put together by the coach of your choice, we will provide the best program, support and motivation you have ever experienced. Using this small group you will be able to reach beyond what you ever thought possible and accomplish all the goals you have.
