Have you walked in the gym recently only to hear something that is NOT music to your ears? Well, we do apologize, but it’s hard to please everyone. So, we want to know what you like to listen to when you workout. Give us some ideas or better yet, bring your OWN. We would be happy to put any reasonable playlist on during classes.
So now is your chance to get in some requests or bring your own tunes.
Side note: If you missed the weightlifting workout where one of our members, April Hawkins, walked around asking for a song request from each person in the gym, you may ask her (or yourself) to continue this once a week. Seems that everyone had a great time trying to guess (or being surprised by) who picked the song playing.
